How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone/iPad:

  1. 1. Open the Settings app on your device
  2. 2. Tap your name, then "Subscriptions"
  3. 3. Select Ripdex
  4. 4. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Note:

  1. 1. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  2. 2. Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by Ripdex.
  3. 3. After cancelling, Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
  4. 4. You can resubscribe at any time.

How do I request a refund?

Which cards does Ripdex recognize?

Ripdex recognizes more than 47,000 Pokemon cards:

  • All international (English) expansions — Base Set (1999) to the newest releases
  • The full Japanese catalog, including Japanese-exclusive promos
  • Prices come from live TCGplayer market data, updated daily

Which platforms is Ripdex available on?

Ripdex is available for iPhone on the App Store. The web price guide at getripdex.com works in any browser.

How do I delete my data?

Your collection is stored on your device. Deleting the app removes it. To request deletion of any analytics data, email us at info@appalex.hu.
